to Working Poor<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"comp-l4sqi2652\" class=\"_2Hij5 _3bcaz\" data-testid=\"richTextElement\">\n<h3 class=\"font_9\"><span>Graduated Income Boost<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font_9\"><span class=\"wixGuard\">\u200b<\/span><span><span class=\"color_15\">The Graduated Income Boost, or GIB, allows you to gradually work your way out of poverty to a livable wage, without any \u00abbenefit cliff\u00bb seen in many welfare programs.\u00a0 It is a 100% voluntary program available for any NY State citizen, and completely privately funded via the NYSST.\u00a0 As helping individuals achieve an annual income of $36,000 or more, making them ineligible for the GIB, thus \u00abgraduating\u00bb from the GIB.\u00a0 Any company that helps someone earn $36,000 or more of income will receive a stipend, privately funded via the NYSST.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9\">\u00abGraduation\u00bb from the GIB program does not exclude you from other HUE services.\u00a0 It also does not prevent you from receiving the GIB in the future, if you qualify (see above).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>NYES App<\/h2>\n<p>The New York Employment Support App, or NYES
